The need to improve the application and curing of coatings on the edges of panels has led to the development of the SORBINI EDGECOATER. Modular design of the machine enables several configurations of working processes: staining, sealers and top coats applications, curing and sanding. The vacuum coating process enables controlled coating applications to shaped edges, even when a heavy coating is required, avoiding overlaying of coatings and providing a smooth transition from panel edge to surface. In alternative, the solution with vertical roller coater for straight edges is available.
