Our History
Sorbini started its activity just after the Second World War. Initially, we produced different machines such as boring machines and presses.Then the fast growing Italian furniture industry asked for some improvements on the finishing process, and Sorbini manufactured its first curtain coater.
Management and property
Sorbini is currently managed by its third generation, started with Amedeo, then Flavio and Flaviano, and now Giancarlo, Roberto and Stefano.

Since the Eighties Sorbini has been a proud Member of Cefla Finishing Group.

One Company can last for many years only if it is able to manufacture machines technologically advanced, competitive and in accordance with the latest international safety rules.Sorbini has a modern built Head Office and Factory in Pesaro.
High tech production machinery centers together with a constant quality control assure that all manufactured machines are particularly checked and internally tested.
Research and Development
One company can develop only by investing in a continuous research.Research for new machines and optimisation of production costs in order to always offer the state-of-the- art technology at the most competitive prices.
Many years ago Sorbini started to invest in people and infrastructures to support this challenge.
Research and development are carried out together with Cefla, using one complete laboratory and finishing center of over 2000 sq/mtrs, approved by The Italian Ministry of the Scientific Research.
Some machines and components are patented.
