Sorbini presented a new and effective buffing and polishing process for panels in line with continuous cycle coated with polyurethane, transparent/pigmented polyester and polyacrylic.
The strength of the machine is its speed capability, hat goes from 0,8 to 2 m/m, for a productive capability that can go up to four times more than a traditional buffing and polishing machine.
The line is composed by two machines located in sequence the Smartgloss machine. That provides the buffing of the panels by three cotton brushes wheel rotating and oscillating independently, and the Smartgloss B machine that polishes and perfectly cleans the panels by a big brush and sixteen rotating and oscillating backer pads divided in eight groups of two pads each, keeping the gloss of the panels up to 96/97 gloss.
The Smartgloss system definitely represents a very important step in the fifty-year-long history of Sorbini, a long period of time in which the company from Pesaro has always shown to be a leading company in Italy and throughout the world in the production of wood coating machines.
