SMARTSAND 2 comprising of one oscillating orbital brushing unit in the infeed, with four rotating brushes, and two straight parallel brushes. Suitable for sanding row timber and base coats on particularly complex kitchen cabinet doors with deep surface routing/profiles. Panel edges treated in-line.
Brushes with diameters from 250 to 450 mm. Conveying speed, brushes speed and lifting of the brushing units controlled independently by inverter with display on the control board. Working width 1300 mm.
